ClavisFactoring system is able to receive and process data from other systems in various formats (e.g. excel, txt, html). It makes possible the quick processing of a great amount of data.

Factoring calculator

With the calculator, the various costs, fees, commissions can be calculated according to the different fee structures and the entered data. The result of the preliminary calculation can be tracked down (it can be taken to a censor committee) and can be saved in Excel format.

Obligatory reports

The report module prepares the reports with the content stipulated by the law in the appropriate format. It also generates reports in the required electronic format.

It is possible to send automatic SMSes from ClavisFactoring system for the partners about the cash movements on their accounts.
