Dorsum Software Romania is the subsidiary of Dorsum Co. Ltd. Hungary and was founded in January 2006 with the headquarters in central Bucharest. Its activity comprises the introduction, localization and further parameterization on the Romanian market of the Dorsum Ltd. Hungary’s own developed Clavis product family:

Since its first year of functioning, Dorsum Romania has achieved to localize three of its most important products for asset management, brokerage and pension funds.

Dorsum Romania employs a team of highly qualified specialists who have taken part in a special training at the mother company in Budapest and have received a special certificate from Dorsum Ltd. Hungary. The company is planning a continuous increasing of the team that can take the challenges of the projects we contract.

In January 2007, Dorsum RO managed to sign a strategic partnership with the leader on the IT market in Romania, Softwin Group – Ascenta; the accounted outcome of this move, was a strong sales activity that followed, and many important projects won together.

The first full successful implementation was in one of the most important players on the market, BCR Asset Management (Erste Bank), after which followed other major companies from the banking and capital market: Raiffeisen Asset Management, MKB Romexterra Pension Fund, AG2R Pension Fund, KD Pension Fund.
