Ltd. provides a number of additional associated services to its clients in support of the ease of use of the system and to ensure the appropriate adoption of the relevant client requirements and needs.
The support (system support) services are divided into two main service groups: the system support services and the expert services associated with the system.
Within the framework of the systems support activity - on the grounds of agreements signed with our clients - we undertake continuous development processes, which monitor the developments in the regulatory framework governing the operational environment of our system and implement those developments in the system (regulatory framework monitoring), moreover they also incorporate the upgrades following the above mentioned IT trends and developments to optimise system operation and increase system efficiency (version upgrades).
The basic precondition of the regulatory framework monitoring service is the continuous monitoring of the changes of the relevant supervisory and regulatory framework. Throughout this process well-trained, specialist experts assess the requirements stemming from the changes in the legal framework, then complete a development specification and an adoption plan to facilitate the work of people completing the task of system development. In the software versions launched in the process of version upgrades functional expansions and technological improvements are additionally available (completed on the basis of the development strategy) meeting and implementing the long- and medium-term development objectives.
The expert services incorporate the following activities: problem analysis in connection with the Clavis system and its utilisation, consultancy activities, system parameterisation, maintenance works (of non-guaranteed problems, development works not including the source code, implementation of software version change, training, etc. Most of these services are provided to our clients at their premises, on the spot with the professional assistance of our experts, who have extensive IT and securities-market related working knowledge and experience.
